Time to Add Subtitles

The time taken to automatically add subtitles to a video typically ranges from 5 to 10 minutes for videos up to 1 hour in length, depending on system workload.

Checking Captioning Completion

After receiving an email notification regarding captioning completion, the results can be checked by logging into the Workspace and navigating to Projects.

Leaving the Website During Captioning

It is possible to leave the website or close it while waiting for subtitle recognition or video export. The transcription process will continue on the cloud regardless.

Using the Downloaded SRT File

The .srt subtitle files can be imported into video players for viewing or into video editing software for further editing.

Removing the Black Background in Subtitles

To remove the black background when importing subtitles into other video editors, follow these steps:

1. Open the .srt file in the desired video editor.
2. Select the background color and adjust the opacity to 0%.
